CS versions are not included in the subscription model so you cant use Creative Cloud to install anything earlier than the versions listed in the CC app. I think it's a pity actually - I wish it was still under development myself. If you registered the product and it shows up in your Adobe account you should be able to download legacy versions of any product. I have the latest NVIDIA WHQL driver 416.34 (from ).
